Zynga Poker ("we", "platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Zynga Poker website and mobile application.

• Settlement of Active Bets: If you have any open bets, please wait for them to be settled before making a withdrawal.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled — unless you contact support before processing has begun.

Accumulator Bet: If one leg is voided, it will be counted as 1.00 odds and the remaining legs will stand.

• Automated Software: Using bots or scripts to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using Zynga Poker to process funds from illegal sources.

If suspicious activity is detected, Zynga Poker reserves the right to suspend the account and conduct an investigation without prior notice.

Closed by user request: You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any available balance before proceeding with the closure.

Closed by Zynga Poker: Zynga Poker may close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• For legal or regulatory purposes.

Inactive Account: If there is no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as dormant. A maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may apply to dormant accounts.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please follow the process below:

• Step Two: The support team will investigate and provide a decision within 7 business days.
• Step Three: If you are not satisfied with a decision, you may request an escalation for further review.

In determining the outcome Zynga Poker's server logs and system records will be treated as the definitive evidence. Screenshots or browser records provided by users may be considered, but will not take precedence over system logs.

Zynga Poker is not liable for:

• If a bet or transaction fails due to an internet connection issue.
• For errors or delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with another person.
• Force majeure — including natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are prepared in compliance with international gaming licensing authority regulations.

Language: In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.
